- Appointments which are not cancelled within 4 days will be deducted from the total numbers of lessons.
- The course has to be completed within one year after enrolling.
- Lessons cannot be passed onto other people.
- Tuition fees will not be reimbursed.
- Per lesson of 2 hours the student will receive instruction and support to do the multi-media exercises and approx. 15 minutes private-tuition.
Our product is provided "AS IS" and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, VIDILINGUA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.
To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, VIDILINGUA shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Product and services offered in our product, including, without limitation, indirect extraordinary, exemplary, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages. VIDILINGUA does not warrant that the functions contained in the Product will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this product or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT AND SERVICES, AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT AND SERVICES AND AS TO THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE PRODUCT AND SERVICES IS ASSUMED SOLELY BY YOU. VIDILINGUA does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of our product in terms of its correctness, accuracy, completeness, quality, suitability, reliability or otherwise. You (and not VIDILINGUA) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction incurred by you as a result of the Product.
Further, we explicitly disclaim any responsibility for the accuracy, product, or availability of information found on products that link to or from this product belonging to third parties not associated with us. We encourage discretion when browsing the Internet using our or anyone else's service. Because some products employ automated search results or otherwise link you to products containing information that may be deemed inappropriate or offensive, we cannot be held responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, or decency of material contained in third-party products, and you hereby irrevocably waive any claim against us with respect to such products.
We cannot ensure that you will be satisfied with any products or services that you purchase from third-party product and service providers included within this product, since such third-party product or service providers are owned and operated by independent businesses. With respect to third-party products that link to or out of this product, we have not taken any steps to confirm the accuracy or reliability of any of the information contained in such third-party products. We do not make any representations or warranties as to the security of any information (including, without limitation, credit card and other personal information) you might be requested to give any third party, and you hereby irrevocably waive any claim against us with respect to such products. Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold VIDILINGUA and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, owners, agents, information providers and licensors (collectively, the "VIDILINGUA Parties") harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred by any VIDILINGUA Party in connection with any use or alleged use of the Service under your password by any person, whether or not authorized by you. VIDILINGUA reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with VIDILINGUA's defense of such claim.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall VIDILINGUA be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this product, even if VIDILINGUA or a VIDILINGUA authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall VIDILINGUA's total liability to you for all damages, losses and causes of action (whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence), or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing this product.
All disputes and disagreements will be settled under Dutch law.
The e-mail address you supplied will be used for the confirmation of the order. If the email address is wrong, then you will not receive the confirmation. Furthermore, the confirmation is only sent once, so if your mail server is down at that moment then you might not receive a confirmation. Be sure to enter the correct email address when filling in the personal details form.
You should receive your order within a maximum of 15 days from the date of the order. We attempt to deliver the order within one working week of the order for most cases. In the cases where Vidilingua BV does not have the item in stock, the delivery can take upto 30 days. For deliveries which require a pre-payment by manual means (bank transfer) the delivery may take longer (depending on how long it takes to receive the money in our bank account). If the monies have not been received within 30 days of the order being placed, then the order is automatically cancelled.
The delivered goods remain the property of Vidilingua BV or an apropriate agent until the total amount owing has been paid.
Cooling-off Period
After receiving the goods you have a 7 day cooling-off period. This means, without giving any reason, you may return the goods or cancel the order. If you have already received the goods, then you are obliged to pay for the return costs (postage) plus the return handling costs. The return handling costs can be calculated by doubling the handling and postage costs indicated on the original order. The monies should be transferred to the bank account of Vidilingua BV within 14 days of the order being returned. This does not affect or replace your statutory rights.
